Where should I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Login" link at the top right corner of the homepage and provide the relevant information in the form that appears. You can also review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.

Are there any charges for registration?

No, there are no charges for registration with Grocerexpress.in. It is absolutely free.

Is registration process mandatory to shop in Grocerexpress.in?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out of the cart and they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address & phone number can be associated with only one www.grocerexpress.in account.

Can I have multiple delivery addresses in same registration?

No, every account on www.grocerexpress.in can be associated with only one delivery address. Slots available to you for delivery are shown depending on the address associated with the account.

What are delivery slots?

All orders placed before 12 Noon will be delivered on the same day.
All orders placed after 12 P.M will be delivered on the next day.
Express deliveries will be done in 2 hours through our signature bikes.

What is a cut-off time and what are the corresponding cut-off timings for each slot?

Cut off time is the time after which the order gets processed for delivery.

All orders placed before 12 Noon will be delivered on the same day.
All orders placed after 12 P.M will be delivered on the next day.
Express deliveries will be done in 2 hours through our signature bikes.

Can I Modify the order after the cut off time for a slot?

No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after the cut off time for your selected slot. However, you may contact our customer service number 8870444099 and they will try and accommodate whatever possible during that time. But still, if the order has been dispatched, then no modifications are possible.

Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?

Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this might not be possible. You may write a note on the order list at the time of check out and our customer care executive will reach you to arrange the same.

How do I check the current status of my order?

The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?

This is a very unlikely scenario since unavailable products are not displayed on the website.  Hence, you will only be able to order the items that are available and visible in the website menu. Your order will be delivered as per your order submission. If in case of some unavoidable reasons or product non-availability post ordering due to manufacturer supply issues, then it will be informed to you accordingly.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order before the start time of Delivery slot chosen by you, by contacting our customer support team.

I am an existing customer, I want to place an order like last month, is it possible?

Yes, You can. You should log on to Grocerexpress.in  with your login credential and go the "Order History" in "My Account" section at the bottom of the web page. Now, select the earlier order which you have to re-order, just click on the reorder button, all the items in that selected order will be moved to shopping cart, where you can modify or add products and place a new order.

How about the pricing?

Products with special prices are available, which are shown against the products with MRP strike out.

What should I do if an item received has crossed the expiry date / defective / damaged / seal broken, etc?

We follow the first-in first-out module, so it is unlikely that an issue of expired product being delivered arises. But nevertheless, in case you are not satisfied with any product for any of the above reasons, you can return it to the our Representative at time of delivery itself or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

How can I return products purchased on Grocerexpress.in?

Products purchased on Grocerexpress.in can be returned within a period 3 days from the date of delivery, if the products are unopened and in re-saleable condition. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange for pick up of product.

How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

If the payment mode is Cash-on-delivery, then customer will pay only for the billed amount, in case of return or cancellation of one or few products in the bill, our deliver person would deduct the value of those particular products and will collect the rest of the value from the customer. In case of payment gateway, the differential value will be credited back to your credit card / bank account. (this is applicable once we introduce Payment Gateway option). Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.

We are a corporate / business establishment. Can we place orders with Grocerexpress.in?

Yes, we do handle bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions such as schools, restaurants and corporates. Please contact as at customercare@grocerexpress.in to know more.

What is ‘My Account’?

‘My Account’ allows you to track your active orders as well as see your order history and update your contact details. My Account can be viewed, only if you have logged in to Grocerexpress.in.

How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a new password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

What is ‘My History’?

‘My History’ is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on grocerexpress.in This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future for repeat orders.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on GrocerExpress using the following modes of payment:
1. Cash-on-Delivery

2. Card-on-Delivery

3. Online Payment (Payumoney Checkout)

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by Grocerexpress.in to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the final prices you pay.

What is Cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay cash for your order at the time of delivery of order at your doorstep.

What is Card on delivery?

Card on delivery implies that you can pay through Credit or Debit card at the time of order delivery at your doorstep. Our delivery person will carry the card swiping / dipping machine if you have opted for the same.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

Once you are done selecting your products and have clicked on ‘checkout’ you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any coupon code that you have. The discount amount will be automatically deducted from your invoice value.

When will I receive my ordered Goods?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot, you need to select the available delivery slot for your convenience. Your order will be delivered to your assigned address on the day and slot as selected by you. If there are any delays in delivery due to unforeseen reasons, the same will be informed to you at the earliest.
